In geometry we have been looking at directions: north,east,south,west,ne,nw,se,sw.I remember it by  never eat soggy weet bix. In this tast we had to i found easy/challenging and why.

The Lorax adjectives

today i had to do some adjectives i did Lorax Tuffula trees and Bar-ba-loot. I had to do ten for then the easy one is The Lorax then is Tuffula trees and the had one is the Bar-bar-loot.

Oink and Cluck

today we had to work something called Oink and Cluck we had to find out how much legs there were and how much pigs and chicken there were and we had to show different ways had to use addition,skip counting and multiplication. Me and my buddy Arie first we did skip counting we kept counting until we have 26 legs because 36 legs were how many were on the question. We add up all of the leg and got 6 pegs and 6 chicken. Next we wanted to try  adding we wrote 4+4+4+4+4 it equaled  20 pegs and that   2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2=16 legs so there we 5 pigs and 8 chicken. Affer that me and Arie try  multiplication we found out 6x4=24 pig legs and that 2x6=12 chicken legs and there were 6 pigs and 6 chicken. last of all we did multiplication again tried 5x4 and that equaled 20 legs and that 8x2=16 chicken legs so there were 5 pigs and 8 chickens.

In geometry we have been learning about coordinates. directions .  We had to complete the following task. I learnt that coordinates can help you. I found is easy because it tock me 50 seconds to do it.

The Lorax

In Literacy we have been reading the story by Druess called the Lorax. We learnt all about the characters.We described the  Lorax and the once-ler. We wrote  descriptions about The Once-ler. We compared the characters. We looked at what was the same and what and what was different about them.

In literacy today we watch a short video called pigeon impossible. The video was about a very mysterious pigeon who tried to steel a bagel. Walter, the secret agent needed complete his mission. He stopped the explosion of the rocket but it didn't end exactly how he wanted it. we had a choice of 4 take. They were wanted poster for the Pigeon Write another mission for Walter that could be spoilt by the Pigeon. Write a news report about the situation. You could create this on docs, slides or in your literacy book. i chose i had to Create a comic strip to retell the story. I chose wanted poster. I had to make a pigeon that what he did rodge when he wast last seen and the rewed.

two-digits numbers

 today i made two-digits numbers the numbers what you get are 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0 then you had to make the largest even, largest odd, smallest odd, largest multiple of 5, number closest to 50. 

gorps homes

today i did some independent work. i had to put nice homes into even gorps i put them into 3 gorps of 3.

four colours

today i did a therm cord four colours i had to get two red one,two green, two blue, two yellow. then i had to make a cube with them.

Is weak i had to make a duck then i had to label the boby pasts of the duck.
